Digital Marketing Associate

Location- Hanoi, VN & Ho Chi Minh City, VN

  • We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our Digital Marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns. This role involves working closely with our clients and internal teams to drive online engagement and brand awareness.

    The Work

    1. Campaign Management:

       - Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.

       - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

       - Manage budget allocations and adjust bids as needed to maximize ROI.


    2. Content Creation and Management:

       - Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy.

       - Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual content such as graphics, videos, and infographics.

       - Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.


    3. SEO and SEM:

       - Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for SEO and SEM campaigns.

       - Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings.

       - Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword selection, ad creation, and bid management.


    4. Social Media Management:

       - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

       - Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and manage community interactions.

       - Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on performance.


    5. Email Marketing:

       - Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and scheduling sends.

       - Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

       - Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content and delivery.


    6. Analytics and Reporting:

       - Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other platform-specific tools to track and report on campaign performance.

       - Provide regular reports to clients and internal teams, highlighting key metrics and insights.

       - Identify trends and insights to inform future marketing strategies.


    7. Client Collaboration:

       - Communicate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and feedback.

       - Provide regular updates on campaign progress and performance.

       - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust.


    8. Continuous Learning:

       - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

       - Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.

       - Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation.

  • Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

    - Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.

    - Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    - Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media management.

    - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
