  • We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that will help improve our services and operations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

    The Work

    1. Data Collection and Management:

       - Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

       - Design and implement databases, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.


    2. Data Analysis and Interpretation:

       - Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

       - Use statistical techniques and software tools to interpret data and generate reports.

       - Conduct data quality checks and validation to ensure the reliability of results.


    3. Reporting and Visualization:

       - Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights to management and other stakeholders.

       - Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.


    4. Business Intelligence and Insights:

       - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

       - Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

       - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business initiatives and campaigns.


    5. Process Improvement:

       - Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.

       - Work with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

       - Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management and analysis processes.


    6. Tool and System Utilization:

       - Utilize data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and other relevant platforms.

       - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and business intelligence.

       - Train and support team members in data analysis tools and best practices.


    7. Collaboration and Communication:

       - Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

       - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

       - Participate in regular meetings to discuss insights, progress, and challenges.


  • Qualifications:


    - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

    - Minimum of 1 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the BPO industry.

    - Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.

    - Experience with statistical software and programming languages such as R or Python is a plus.

    - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    - Experience in data visualization and creating dashboards.

    - Understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
