Business Development Manager

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our BPO services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the BPO industry and a proven track record in sales and business development.

    The Work

    1. Market Research and Analysis:

       - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, potential new markets, and competitive landscape.

       - Analyze data to develop strategies that position Cennos as a leader in the BPO industry.

       - Monitor industry developments and market changes to inform business strategies.


    2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

       - Generate leads through a variety of channels including industry events, networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.

       - Qualify leads based on established criteria and conduct initial meetings to assess client needs and pain points.

     - Develop and implement lead generation campaigns to attract potential clients.


    3. Client Relationship Management:

       - Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

       - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly.

       - Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback collection.


    4. Sales Strategy and Execution:

       - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.

       - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.

       - Identify and respond to client needs, tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.


    5. Contract Negotiation and Closing:

       - Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure new business deals.

       - Ensure that all contractual terms and conditions are aligned with company policies and objectives.

       - Close sales deals and manage the transition of new clients to the account management team.


    6. Collaboration and Coordination:

       - Work closely with internal teams such as operations, marketing, finance, and IT to ensure seamless delivery of services.

       - Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.

       - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.


    7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

       - Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.

       - Use data-driven insights to refine business development strategies and improve overall performance.

       - Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development progress and achievements.


    8. Brand Representation:

       - Represent Cennos at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our services.

       - Develop and maintain a strong professional presence in the BPO industry.


    9. Training and Development:

       - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.

       - Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.

       - Train and mentor junior business development staff as needed.


  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the BPO industry.

    - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

    - Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics.

    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
